Event Highlights:

Understanding Anxiety: Delve into what anxiety is, how it affects our body and mind, and why it's a normal part of the human experience.

Identifying Triggers: Learn to recognize personal anxiety triggers and understand the importance of early detection.

Coping Mechanisms: Discover a variety of evidence-based strategies and tools to manage anxiety effectively, including mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and cognitive behavioral approaches.

Building Resilience: Engage in activities and discussions that focus on strengthening emotional resilience, enhancing self-esteem, and fostering a growth mindset.

Creating Support Networks: Understand the value of support networks and how to build them, including when and how to seek help from friends, family, or professionals.
